To address the assumed commitment to quality matters and understanding that this is a fundamental stepstone for providing high-quality, safe and reliable medical devices and related services, XOresearch Management has determined and documented those statements that constitute its Quality Policy. Given its importance, the Quality Policy is divulged to the company personnel (internal and external) and displayed in prominent locations, like common passage sites, throughout the division.
We hereby quote the Quality Policy:
The Quality Policy defined by the XOresearch Management states that the company should be seen as the synonym of Quality, Innovation and Safety, in the Development of Medical Devices. To attain this goal, we will use our QMS ensuring that:
- We will assure compliance with all EN ISO 13485 standards and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 requirements. We also must ensure compliance with all (harmonized) standard, legal, regulatory and ethical applicable requirements.
At XOresearch we believe that continuous improvement will be the key to our success, so: - We will provide our workers with continuous training and the best working conditions, to assure that our teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills and ensure that they are always aware of their roles and responsibilities in delivering high quality medical devices.
